SAMA Sponsors are individuals and entrepreneurs who recognize the good work that SAMA does via our annual conference, our educational program, our exhibits, our annual charitable project – Mosaic Marathon – and our supportive community; not to mention the unparalleled opportunities to network and meet other mosaic artists, enthusiasts, and suppliers from around the world. Sponsors are also genuinely good people. In our annual Sponsors’ survey, the most common reason cited for contributing is altruistic: helping SAMA deliver the best possible conference program, supporting SAMA, and raising the stature of the mosaic art medium.
We offer Sponsorship opportunities for all budgets, with benefits designed to appeal to individuals and businesses. The higher-level sponsorships offer named events. All levels offer recognition and benefits. Please select a level that reflects your support for mosaic art and offers the benefits most compelling to you.

Naming Opportunities: 2027 Mosaic Marathon Project

This juried exhibition will be held at the Museum of Biblical Arts in Dallas, TX, from February 17–August 22, 2027. SAMA will have a private event held during the Mosaic Arts Summit on March 6, 2027.

Calling all Vendors!
2027 Gift Bag
All donations of $250+ and all Vendors qualify for Gift Bag Contributions
Place product samples, coupons, new product announcements, catalogs, and brochures in this “swag bag” distributed FREE to conference attendees. (You provide approximately 250 items in late February) This is the ideal option to get samples of your product(s) into users’ hands so they can try them. This is a great way to represent your company, whether or not you can attend the conference.
- Gift Bag fees and payment deadlines follow the same deadlines as Vendor Marketplace and Sponsorship – commitment and payment due date: January 1, 2017
- Gift bag donors may include as many items as they wish. However, if you include multiple items, please package them into one item (bag, box, ziplock, container, envelope, wrapping paper, etc.) to make it easier for our volunteer ‘bag-stuffers.’
- Gift Bags are an included benefit for sponsors who have donated $250 or more and for Vendor Marketplace Vendors.
2027 Vendor Marketplace Fees and Benefits
Vendor Fees and Benefits
(1) 6′ Vendor Table: $100
(2) 6′ Vendor Tables: $150
(3) 6′ Vendor Tables: $200
MAXIMUM (3) 6′ Tables per Vendor. All tables include tablecloths and chairs as needed. No pipe & drape will separate vendors. The room will be available for set-up Thursday, Sept. 19th, in the evening, or early Friday morning, September 20th, before opening. Breakdown must be completed after closing Friday. We will have volunteers stationed in the room so you can take a break.
2027 Vendor Schedule
The 2027 Vendor Marketplace will occur over 2 half-days and will be centered on the Friday Evening Event.

8:00am – 12:00pm: Set-Up
12:00pm – 5:00pm: Open
Friday, March 5, 2017
8:00am – 12:00pm: Open
12:00pm – 7:00pm: Closed for Presenations/Meals
7:00pm – 9:00pm: Open for Vendor Party
9:00pm – till done: Pack up.
All vendors may contribute to the Sponsor Gift Bags as a thank-you for your participation!
2027 SAMA Sponsorship Policies

SAMA is a 501(c)(3) organization. Donations are tax-deductible to the amount allowed by law.

Sponsorships and benefits cover a 12-month period: January 1 to December 31, 2027

A page on SAMA’s website is dedicated to Sponsors, and a hotlink from this page to Sustaining Contributor websites connects them to 1,200+ active mosaicists worldwide who visit SAMA’s website regularly.

Sponsors at the Silver level and above may select one of the “named” sponsorships on a 1st come – 1st served basis.

Sponsorships become active when SAMA receives payment in full.

Sponsorships can be paid online by credit card or “Pay Later” by mail with a check to SAMA, P.O. Box 624, Ligonier, PA 15658. (“In-kind” donations must be approved by SAMA’s Executive Committee).
