6:30pm Cocktails
7:00pm Dinner and Auction
9:00pm-12:00pm CLOSING PARTY: DJ and Cash Bar (this time period is open to all attendees)
This event is optional for all attendees and open to guests: tickets must be added to your registration separately
$125 per person
$200 per couple (one registered attendee and companion)
$1000 per table of 10
Menu
starting with Mixed Seasonal Green Salad with Citrus Champagne Vinaigrette
Attendees will have a choice of one of the following entrees
Grilled Atlantic Coast Salmon With Rustic Red Smashed Potatoes and Seasonal Vegetables
OR
Lancaster Oven Roasted Chicken Breast with Citrus Thyme Broth with Rustic Red Smashed Potatoes and Seasonal Vegetables
OR
Vegetarian Napoleon, Grilled Eggplant, Marinated Portobello, Sweet Bell Pepper and Marinated Zucchini
OR
Roasted Flank Steak in Shiraz Demiglaze
finishing with Chocolate Ganache Cake with Wild Raspberry Drizzle

Last year, SAMA’s fund raising dinner and dance raised over $17.000 for SAMA’s General Operating Fund, stabilizing our operational finances and setting the course for growth! We plan our events two to three years in advance and often this requires deposits to hold venues and travel expenses for our staff to search the best possible locations to meet your expectations!
At the conclusion of the dinner/auction, the ballroom and Cash Bar will be open to all conference attendees for dancing into the night to lively DJ music! This will be a party that you won’t want to miss!
to ADD a Have a Ball Ticket to your Registration, follow these steps:
· From the Conference drop down menu, select Registration Fees
· Select Register Now from the menu on the left hand side on the Registration Fee page
· Click the Submit button at the bottom of the Register Now page
· On the Event Registration page, go to *Event Admission, and select Addition to Existing Registration Only
· Then, select the events you wish to add, and at the bottom of the page click on Continue,
· On the next page confirm your selection and click on Complete Registration
· Complete the payment information and click on Submit
