Vendor Marketplace Information

Due to the incredible feedback from our members and a few suppliers, we have added the Vendor Marketplace to our 2024 Conference Program.  Our reasoning for initially leaving this much-loved event out of this conference was in consideration of the cost vs the return on your investment.  This is a shorter timeframe and smaller attendance than our previous events. So with everyone’s concerns in mind, we have crafted a new vendor program particularly for this more intimate event.   

2024 Vendor Marketplace will occur Friday September 20, 2024 from 9:00am – 9:00pm.  

Vendor Fees and Benefits

(1) 6′ Vendor Table: $100
(2) 6′ Vendor Tables: $150
(3) 6′ Vendor Tables: $200

MAXIMUM (3) 6′ Tables per Vendor. All tables include tablecloths and chairs as needed. There will be no pipe & drape to separate vendors this year. The room will be available for set-up on Thursday, Sept. 19th in the evening or early morning Friday, September 20th before opening.  Breakdown must be completed after closing Friday.  We will have volunteers stationed in the room to allow you to take a break. 

All vendors may contribute to the Sponsor Gift Bags with an inclusion as a thank you for your participation!

The hotel room rate for SAMA starts at $139.  

We are also offering our Vendors the early conference registration price for an additional cost of $198, which includes meals and events Friday night through Sunday morning.  We will send you a special code for you and your team to register.

We will promote the marketplace event to all attendees so everyone knows that Friday is THE day to shop…there are no other events on Friday night so the attendees that have workshops or tours will still have time at lunch or evening to shop.  Look over the workshop list on our website and see what they are teaching to pair your offerings with products the students will need.  

If you are a sponsor at $750 or more you will have the opportunity to have a 15-30 minute talk or demonstration (no additional charge for your table and chairs) on Friday evening or during one of our meal breaks on Saturday.
