Do I have to create a profile on the Eventbrite.com website?
It is strongly recommended that you maintain your profile on Eventbrite.com. Doing so enables use of their mobile app and ability to make changes.
Can I register for the conference on the Eventbrite Mobile App?
YES! Search for Society of American Mosaic Artists! Caution however! Due to the long length of our Registration Form, it takes several “swipes up” to get to the “Register” button.
Can we go back and add a tour or workshop or guest after we’ve registered for the conference?
YES! You will be creating a separate log-in for Eventbrite.com when you place your registration. SAVE your Eventbrite Log-in information so that you can review your registration, make changes or cancellations directly on their website.
Do I need to add a la carte breakfasts or receptions?
A la carte meals and receptions are for guests of registrants to add as needed. You do not need to add these items to your registration order!
What is the difference between the Salon Artist Fee and the Art Salon Reception a la carte item?
Select the Salon Artist Fee if you wish to reserve an exhibit table spot for the auction to display and/or place your work for sale in the Auction, Thursday, April 7, 2016. Select the Art Salon Reception a la carte item if you would like to bring a guest to this event.
How do I get the Discount for 3 or More Workshops?
All registrants that select 3 or more workshops will receive a10% discount off your total educational program fees. Use Promotional code: EDU-2016 at bottom of Registration Order Form before clicking large “Register” button. (screenshot sample below) CLICK “APPLY” BEFORE adding your workshops to the form. It will recalculate the discount for you!
The Promotional Code: EDU-2016 is only to be used if you are registering for THREE or MORE workshops. Improper use of the code will result in corrected Workshop fees and a $50 penalty charge.
What are my options if the Workshop Session(s) or Tour(s) I want are not available?
If a desired workshop has Sold Out, you may add Waitlist seat in the workshop or tour without charge. There is no guarantee that wait lists will result in placement in sold out sessions. We have no way of letting you know when or if a seat will come available as the vacancy would depend on cancellations.
What do I do if I am having technical difficulty with the Website during the Registration Process?
The Best and Quickest way to let us know you have an issue is to use the “trouble ticket” form below so that your issue can be forwarded to an available person ASAP.
