2025 Mosaic Marathon™
The Mosaic Marathon™ brings together our members for a unique opportunity to create a mosaic in a cooperative, networking experience. The Mosaic Marathon™ creates a lasting piece of art that is donated to a local charity in our host conference city. As a not-for-profit organization, this is an opportunity for SAMA to give back to the arts community and create a lasting reminder of the legacy of SAMA and its mission.
Work has begun on the 2025 project led by artist Jessica Liddell in collaboration with Luna Mosaics, Cherie Bosela for ArtReach Orlando! The project will be comprised of 3 large circle panels and will feature handmade ceramic tile, and additional design elements inspired by the ArtReach Orlando Community.
All Conference Attendees are invited to stop by the Marathon throughout the conference and particpate through to completion or Saturday, November 1st at 5:00pm – WHICH EVER COMES FIRST!

ARTREACH ORLANDO TRANSFORMS THE LIVES OF YOUTH THROUGH THE HEALING PROCESS OF ART.
ArtReach Orlando provides art programs for youth experiencing difficult economic and/or social situations who may not have access to the arts. Through the creative process, we are exploring the link between art, social justice, and the healing process. Many of our students struggle with Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs). Through art and self-expression, youth can safely explore these issues and create personal solutions that develop their self-worth and emotional resilience. By fostering creativity, we are encouraging and empowering young people to imagine the positive changes they wish to see in their own lives, their communities, and the world.
