Plenty of space to meet up with friends, volunteer, double-check your schedule, and make plans for the week! Volunteers will be welcoming first-time attendees and orienting everyone to the program!

Mosaic Arts International Exhibition Artist Reception

Albin Polasek Museum and Sculpture Gardens, Polasek Gallery
This private reception for SAMA members and guests is a unique opportunity to view MAI 2025 and celebrate our Member Artists. Heavy Reception food and cash bar available. Bus transportation provided between Orlando Hilton and Museum.

Vendor Marketplace Mosaic Masquerade

Get ready to sparkle and shine at our fabulous “Vendor Marketplace Mosaic Masquerade” costume party, held especially for you this Halloween night! This isn’t just any party; it’s a vibrant celebration where the creativity of mosaic artists takes center stage, set amidst the dazzling backdrop of our Vendor Marketplace.
Slip into your most imaginative costume – whether it’s inspired by your favorite tesserae, a historical mosaic, a mythical muse, or simply a dazzling expression of your artistic spirit. Think vibrant colors, intricate patterns, and plenty of shimmer! This is your chance to connect with fellow mosaic artists, share laughs, and revel in an evening of fun and inspiration. Enjoy delightful refreshments, discover new treasures from our vendors, and make unforgettable memories. Let your artistic spirit glow as bright as your mosaics this Halloween!
2025 Member Luncheon

An elegant Buffet Lunch will be served and conclude with a short Annual SAMA Member Meeting to include business updates and plans for the future from our all-volunteer leadership.
Attendance to this event is included in the Registration Package, and guest tickets can be purchased separately.
Guest Event Tickets: Guest Luncheon Ticket $50 advance / $65 onsite.
Mosaic Art Salon Auction and 25th Anniversary Dinner Event
Saturday, November 1, 2025, 7:00 pm – 10:00 pm, Hilton Orlando
Dinner at 7:00 pm
Mosaic Art Salon and Auction, Bidding between 8:00 pm – 8:30 pm
Dancing and Revelry till 10:00 pm

Remaining Lunches and Dinners On Own
Our conference team will provide a guide to meal options for unscheduled Lunches and Dinners in the area surrounding the hotel. Aside from the resort’s fabulous restaurants, there are several great restaurants, sandwich shops and coffee houses within walking distance. There will be plenty to choose from that will meet the needs of any dietary considerations!
