2025 Vendor Marketplace Information

SAMA had incredible feedback from our members and Vendors that participated in our one-day Vendor Marketplace as part of our 2024 Conference Program. This allowed vendors to participate in SAMA conference activities and give members dedicated time to shop. 

The 2025 Vendor Marketplace will occur on Friday, October 31, from Noon – 9:00pm.  

SAMA will be celebrating our Vendors and Sponsors with a costume party, the Mosaic Masquerade from 6:30pm-9:00pm in the Marketplace Area!  

We will promote the marketplace event to all attendees so everyone knows that Friday is THE day to shop, and the Vendor Marketplace is part of the Halloween/SAMA 25th Anniversary celebration, so think about your costumes!

Look over the workshop list on our website when published and see what they are teaching to pair your offerings with products the students will need. 

We are also offering our Vendors the early conference registration price for an additional cost of $298, which includes meals and events.  We will send you a special code for you and your team to register after committing to your Vendor space.

The hotel room rate for SAMA starts at $189.

Vendor Fees and Benefits

(1) 6′ Vendor Table: $100
(2) 6′ Vendor Tables: $150
(3) 6′ Vendor Tables: $200

MAXIMUM (3) 6′ Tables per Vendor. All tables include tablecloths and chairs as needed. There will be no pipe & drape to separate vendors.  We will have volunteers stationed in the room to allow you to take a break. 

All vendors may contribute to the Sponsor Gift Bags with an inclusion as a thank you for your participation!
