What a wild ride this year has been and we cannot thank those who chose to roll their Tucson 2020 Conference Registrations over for our postponed, then digitized event ENOUGH! Your choice ensured our ability to continue operations for all members and move forward with planning for 2021!
If you placed multiple orders for your 2020 Tucson Registration, you will receive a Gift Card for each order.
The codes are made possible by a company called Gift Up and will reflect the total amount rolled over from your Tucson 2020 Conference registration (Some will have multiple codes, depending on how many orders were placed for Tucson). A single code can be used multiple times with multiple orders on our Eventbrite.com events as well as later in December, on the SAMA Website for Membership Renewals, merchandise, publications, or donations. Cards with remaining balances after all Virtual American Mosaic Summit orders have been placed will also be able to be redeemed for cash at the end of the year.
Gift Cards will start flowing via email to Rollover Registrants this weekend. WORKSHOP LISTINGS will be posted by Tuesday, November 3rd.

Please READ THE INSTRUCTIONS and watch the video below to ensure you are placing the gift card code in the correct place in order for your balance on your Eventbrite.com order form to pull from your card.
How to use your Rollover Gift Card
- Check the email you used when registering for the Tucson 2020 conference for your Gift Card code. If you need to update the address or have it resent after November 1st, please email Dawnmarie!
- On the Registration Page, select items to your cart by placing a “1” in the quantity field. You can scroll the list to find all workshop sessions.
- VERY IMPORTANT!!!! If you are going to register for ADD-ON Workshops you will need to do so in SEPARATE ORDERS! The Gift Card can only be used for ONE TICKET per Order. You do need to be registered for the Virtual LIVE event in addition to any workshops. So place your workshop order first, then your registration if you are worried about limited seating sessions. ONLY SELECT ONE TICKET PER ORDER!
- Click or Tap on “Promo Code” and a box will open for you to ENTER YOUR GIFT CARD 5-digit CODE.
- Enter your Code and Click or Tap “Apply”. Your Gift Card will be deducted and appear as a “Discount” on the Cart Balance.
- EVEN MORE IMPORTANT!!!! We cannot apply your Gift Card to an order after it has been placed!!!! DO NOT CHECK-OUT if your “Discount” does not appear. If you have placed several orders and do not have a balance that will cover your entire order, you will be prompted to pay the balance.
IMPORTANT TIPS
MAKE SURE you have a good internet connection before asking for help! The System is usually overloaded on Opening Day!
If you are placing multiple orders for your registration and optional workshop selections, your Gift Card should automatically update its balance with each order. Click on the link in your Gift Card Email to check your Balance.
